In the ancient capital of Xi'an, a new commercial landmark—Xi'an Talents Mansion Poly Plaza—is poised to debut with a groundbreaking concept: "Marketplace in the Botanic Garden." Blending natural elements with contemporary design language, this immersive retail space harmonizes ecological aesthetics with urban vitality, redefining the experiential boundaries of urban commercial complexes.

项目以“植物园里的市集”为主线，通过空间场景的层次化设计，构建安全感与探索感并存的消费环境。设计团队提出“偏好心理上的户外空间”概念，利用通透的采光、绿植互动装置、仿生形态的装饰语言，模糊室内外边界，让消费者在都市中感受自然的呼吸。同时，针对目标性消费趋势，通过清晰的动线规划和主题分区设计，精准串联不同人群的消费轨迹。

Centered on the theme of a "Marketplace in the Botanic Garden," the project creates a consumer environment that balances security and discovery through layered spatial storytelling. The design team introduced the concept of a "psychological preference for outdoor spaces," dissolving indoor-outdoor boundaries with translucent daylighting, interactive greenery installations, and biomorphic decorative elements. This approach allows urban dwellers to reconnect with nature’s rhythm while navigating the city. Clear circulation planning and thematic zoning further cater to targeted consumer trends, guiding diverse demographics through curated experiential journeys.

通过景观开放化改造与门头造型延伸，形成具有视觉冲击力的“精神堡垒”地标。结合幻彩玻璃幕墙、LED屏幕与绿植装置，打造兼具打卡属性与集客功能的城市客厅。摒弃传统镜面金属的过度反射，选用板岩拼贴地面模拟树荫斑驳，搭配木纹地砖与拉丝不锈钢嵌条，平衡自然质感与现代工艺。天花系统集成定制贴膜与艺术涂料，巧妙隐藏机电设备，同时通过分层灯光设计强化空间纵深感。设计团队通过模块化绿植系统、遮阳天棚与节能光源的应用，降低运营能耗。后场天花采用可拆卸维护结构，车库电梯厅以工业风设计兼顾实用与成本控制。商铺门头设计提供标准化模板与创意指引，既保证品牌个性表达，又维持整体视觉统一性。

By integrating iridescent glass curtain walls, dynamic LED screens, and suspended greenery installations, the space has been crafted into an urban lounge that seamlessly combines social media appeal with crowd-attracting functionality.Moving away from the excessive reflectivity of traditional mirrored metal, the design opts for slate mosaic flooring to mimic the dappled shadows of tree canopies, paired with wood-grain ceramic tiles and brushed stainless steel inlays to strike a balance between natural textures and modern craftsmanship. The ceiling system integrates customized films and artistic coatings, cleverly concealing mechanical and electrical equipment while enhancing spatial depth through layered lighting design.
