by.DESIGN centers its vision on the young demographic of modern cities, meticulously crafting a modern office park that seamlessly integrates contemporary style with the charm of traditional Suzhou gardens. Focusing on the needs of urban youth, we have created an ecological space where work, life, and leisure converge harmoniously, offering a vibrant and inspiring creative environment for the younger generation.

简洁的白色调为整个空间奠定了明快、纯粹的基调，宛如江南水乡的纯净底色。而动态纹理的木制元素，以其暖色调如涓涓细流般融入其中，与白色相互映衬，恰似园林中错落有致的暖木回廊，不仅缓和了白色的冷冽，更在视觉上营造出温馨雅致之感。

A clean white palette setting a bright and pure tone for the space, reminiscent of the pristine backdrop of a Jiangnan water town. Dynamic wood-textured elements with warm hues flow into the space like a gentle stream, complementing the white and creating a sense of warmth and elegance, much like the interwoven wooden corridors in a traditional garden. This combination softens the coolness of the white while adding a touch of sophistication.

展厅布置在靠近社区的沿街区域，希望通过艺术与文化的力量，将园区与城市社区紧密相连。围绕园区人流主动线，楼梯以阵列型设计完美适应现有的场景化空间，共同打造了一个以艺术文化和社区商业为核心的区域。在这里，社区与办公这两个传统观念中毫无交集的空间被紧密衔接，形成一个有机的整体。

The exhibition hall in a street-facing area close to the community, aiming to connect the park with the urban community through art and culture. Following the main pedestrian flow of the park, the staircase's array design perfectly adapts to the existing spatial context, creating a zone centered around art, culture, and community commerce. In this area, the traditionally separate spaces of community and office are closely integrated, forming an organic whole.

半开半合的非传统造型楼梯，成为连接展示商业空间与共享办公区域的纽带。它不仅是一个功能性的阶梯，更是一个绝佳的拍照取景地。几何的设计感与独具特色的材质元素，延伸至二楼，更加突出了奕桥特有的与时俱进的灵活办公空间、共享设施和紧密连结的商业社群。在这里，人、需求和解决方案紧密相连，共同创造了一个充满价值的文化背景。

The semi-open, non-traditional staircase serves as a connector between the commercial display area and the shared office space. It is not only a functional pathway but also a perfect spot for photography. The geometric design, combined with unique material elements, extends to the second floor, highlighting the flexible office space, shared facilities, and closely-knit commercial community of Yiqiao. Here, people, needs, and solutions are closely connected, creating a cultural context that generates value.

腾飞苏州狮山元创公园是苏州首个获得美国绿色建筑委员会LEED金奖认证的商务园区。园区引入了新加坡花园城市景观设计，提供了灵活的空间解决方案和优美的花园式办公环境。我们致力于打造一个集“工作、生活、休闲”为一体的多元化可持续发展的产业生态圈，让每一位在这里工作和生活的人，都能感受到自然与人文的和谐共生，体验到创新与绿色的完美融合。

Ascendas Suzhou Shishan Alpha Park is Suzhou's first business park to receive the LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Located in the Shishan Business Innovation Zone of Suzhou New District, the park is a joint venture between CapitaLand Development and Mitsubishi Estate.
