凯德·启望中心坐落于宁波市海曙区望春工业园核心区，总建筑面积约10万平方米，由4幢9层建筑围合而成。项目突破传统产业园“厂房+道路”的单一模式，引入新加坡“花园都市”的立体生态理念，以 “现代精神、科技质感、生态办公” 为核心，构建产学研一体的复合生态体系。

CapitaLand Inspire Hub is located in the core area of Wangchun Industrial Park, Haishu District, Ningbo, with a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, comprising four 9-story buildings. Breaking away from the traditional 'factory + road' industrial park model, the project introduces Singapore’s 'Garden City' three-dimensional ecological concept, anchored by 'modern ethos, technological texture, and ecological workspace,' to create an integrated ecosystem for industry, academia, and research.

by.Design 卜域建筑为凯德·启望中心构建了一套 “模块化系统设计”策略，通过统一性控制与差异性表达的动态平衡，在四公共空间实现功能集约化、形象差异化与运维标准化三重目标。将自然元素与科技符号交织于公共空间。绿色植被、自然光影与参数化金属构件碰撞，既呼应凯德园区“高效集约、可持续发展”的定位，又为入驻企业营造激发灵感的工作场景。

by.Design developed a 'modular systematic design strategy' for CapitaLand Inspire Hub, achieving three goals across the four public spaces—functional intensification, visual differentiation, and operational standardization—through a dynamic balance of unified control and distinctive expression.The design interweaves natural elements with technological symbolism throughout the public spaces. Vertical greenery, natural light, and parametric metal components collide, reflecting CapitaLand’s vision of 'efficiency, sustainability, and innovation,' while fostering an inspiring environment for tenants.

by.Design 卜域建筑选取 “科技晶体” 为核心设计语言，地面采用灰白的水泥自流和水磨石预制砖，模拟实验室防静电地坪的理性质感；参数化铝板格栅吊顶以晶体生长纹理向上延伸，暗藏线性灯光系统形成科技光脉。为每栋建筑植入专属材料，打造差异性的空间体验。采用植物树脂片透光隔断，打造城市森林般静谧空间；通过镀膜玻璃，打造科技的精密感；定制颜色涂料，大色块强化空间属性；实木地板及上墙板，营造温润的协作氛围，条纹玻璃，呈现光影交错的视觉效果。

by.Design selected 'tech crystals' as the core design language. Gray-white cement screed and terrazzo prefabricated tiles emulate the rational texture of laboratory anti-static flooring, while parametric aluminum grille ceilings extend upward with crystal-like growth patterns, concealing a linear lighting system that forms a technological 'light vein.Each building is infused with unique materials, crafting distinct spatial experiences. Translucent plant-resin partitions evoke the serenity of an urban forest; coated glass embodies technological precision; custom-colored paint blocks amplify spatial identities; solid wood flooring and wall panels cultivate warm, collaborative atmospheres, while striped glass creates mesmerizing interplays of light and shadow.

凯德·启望中心通过设计语言的转译，打破传统产业园的刻板印象，为企业提供兼具理性内核与生态温度的创新场域。这里已不仅是办公场所，更是启迪未来的能量发生器。

CapitaLand Inspire Hub transcends the stereotypes of industrial parks through its design language. When sunlight filters through parametric grilles, casting branching light codes onto translucent concrete walls, the space surpasses its physical confines—it becomes a symphony of rationality and sensibility, a symbiosis of ecological DNA and technological spirit, and ultimately, a generator of future possibilities.
