With the rise of new hybrid work models, businesses have developed fresh demands for office spaces. They are no longer satisfied with single-function environments but instead seek spaces that offer a multitude of features. Moreover, they expect these spaces to address various pain points in their operations. This is precisely the design philosophy and driving force behind by.Design's creation of the office space for Yiqiao at Suzhou Lion Hill Innovation Park. Our goal is to craft a unique, fully functional, and high-quality coworking space that not only meets diverse needs but also showcases distinctive charm and exceptional quality, providing businesses with an innovative, efficient, and comfortable ideal workplace.

by.DESIGN融合了Bridge + Work、Bridge + Go轻型共享会议室、Bridge + Lounge等多元业态，将品牌元素与园区设计元素相结合整个空间将苏州狮山元创公园奕桥原有布局划分为：超大会客公区，奕桥租赁区，打印区&电话亭，茶水间，办公室区域满足各种活动需求。巧妙地将奕桥的品牌元素与园区的设计元素相互交融。在遵循标准模块化设计思路确保空间布局的合理性与灵活性，与软装搭配上采用多元化策略通过不同软装元素的组合下，营造出独特且具有个性的空间氛围，满足不同的审美需求最后打造出体现品牌特色且功能完备的高品质联合办公空间。

by.DESIGN integrates diverse formats such as Bridge + Work, Bridge + Go lightweight meeting rooms, and Bridge + Lounge, combining brand elements with the park's design language. The space redefines the original layout of Yiqiao at Suzhou Lion Hill Innovation Park into distinct zones: a spacious reception area, Yiqiao leasing zones, printing areas & phone booths, pantry spaces, and office areas, catering to a variety of activity needs. The design cleverly blends Yiqiao's brand identity with the park's architectural elements. Adhering to a standardized modular design approach ensures rational and flexible spatial planning, while a diversified soft furnishing strategy creates a unique and personalized atmosphere through the combination of different elements, meeting diverse aesthetic preferences. The result is a high-quality coworking space that embodies the brand's identity and offers comprehensive functionality.

by.DESIGN在公区设计中，功能分区分为了接待区：前台接待与茶水吧台和公共休息区。整个空间中地面保留奕桥原有品牌调性采用地砖，顶面采用硅酸钙板冲孔处理，这种材质不仅具有良好的防火、防潮性能，而且冲孔设计有助于声学效果的优化，减少空间内的回声。顶部设置可折叠又可开放的木制＋金属板，这种设计增加了顶部空间的灵活性。木制板在打开时可作为装饰元素，展现木材的自然质感。

In the public area design, by.DESIGN has divided the functional zones into a reception area, featuring a front desk and a tea bar, as well as a public lounge area. Throughout the space, the original brand tone of Yiqiao is preserved by using floor tiles. The ceiling is treated with perforated calcium silicate boards, a material that not only offers excellent fire and moisture resistance but also enhances acoustic performance by reducing echoes within the space. The ceiling design includes foldable and openable wooden and metal panels, which add flexibility to the overhead space. When opened, the wooden panels serve as decorative elements, showcasing the natural texture of wood.

by.DISIGN在办公空间中采用开放式的办公空间，这有助于促进员工之间的交流与协作。开放式空间可以让信息传递更加迅速，增强团队的凝聚力。通过使用绿植和不同高度的隔断，在开放空间中划分出相对独立的工作区域。这种设计既保证了一定的隐私性，又不会让空间显得过于封闭。绿植隔断不仅起到分隔作用，还能为办公环境增添自然气息。

In the office space, by.DESIGN employs an open-plan layout, which facilitates communication and collaboration among employees. Open spaces allow for faster information flow and enhance team cohesion. By using green plants and partitions of varying heights, relatively independent work areas are created within the open space. This design ensures a certain level of privacy without making the space feel too enclosed. The green plant partitions not only serve as separators but also add a natural touch to the office environment.

从材质上将奕桥bridge＋的品牌元素与园区的设计元素相结合，运用原有黑色不锈钢，金属板，地砖的材质，增加毛毡板，玻璃贴膜，不锈钢，棕色皮革，长虹玻璃等材质，让整个空间设计元素相互交融，整体统一。

by.DESIGN integrates the brand elements of Bridge+ with the design elements of the park by utilizing existing materials such as black stainless steel, metal panels, and floor tiles. To further enhance the spatial design, additional materials like felt panels, glass film, stainless steel, brown leather, and ribbed glass are introduced. This combination of materials ensures a harmonious blend and overall unity of the design elements within the space, creating a cohesive and visually appealing environment.

墙面采用玻璃隔断系统加色块的设计，增加空间感，玻璃具有透明性，能够让光线自由穿透，使办公室看起来更加宽敞明亮。对于空间较小的办公室，这种视觉上的延伸感尤为重要。玻璃隔断通常给人一种简洁、现代的感觉，能够提升办公室的整体美观度。对于办公人员来说玻璃隔断不仅可以营造一个开放、和谐的工作氛围还有助于光线在办公空间内均匀分布，这样可以确保每个工作区域都能获得足够的光线，提高工作效率。

The walls feature a glass partition system combined with color-blocking design, enhancing the sense of space. The transparency of glass allows light to penetrate freely, making the office appear more spacious and bright. For smaller offices, this visual extension is particularly important. Glass partitions typically convey a clean, modern aesthetic, elevating the overall appeal of the office. For employees, glass partitions not only create an open and harmonious working atmosphere but also help distribute light evenly throughout the workspace. This ensures that every work area receives sufficient lighting, thereby improving productivity.

by.DESIGN结合现有建筑的优越条件，宽度、深度及高度的空间集合。大堂、展厅、共享办公三个区域在空间是呈现结合但是又不连续的交织关系，从而在建筑中构筑了一个个“三维小巷”。由此，社区居民漫步时，会不自觉地走入展厅中，并在环绕建筑时，自然而然地“偶遇”艺术。共享办公入驻企业，将办公场所不再局限于办公，所到每一处，所踏每一步都有是迸发热情与灵感的来源。

by.DESIGN leverages the advantageous conditions of the existing architecture, including its width, depth, and height. The lobby, exhibition hall, and shared office areas are spatially integrated yet discontinuously interwoven, creating a series of "three-dimensional alleyways" within the building. As a result, when community residents take a stroll, they are naturally drawn into the exhibition hall and, while navigating around the building, inadvertently "encounter" art in an organic manner. For the enterprises residing in the shared office space, the workplace is no longer confined to a traditional office setting. Every place they visit and every step they take becomes a source of passion and inspiration.
