In collaboration with world-renowned architectural firm RMJM and globally acclaimed lighting design practice UNOLAI DESIGN , we are jointly creating an urban fashion complex integrating multi-industry, commerce, business services, and cultural arts in the core area of Ningbo's Eastern New City.

作为室内设计团队，全程深度参与NFCC的开发，与外部城市空间环境交融互动，创造一个充满生命力的立体公共城市空间。设计过程中，by.DESIGN巧妙地将“舞动旋律”这一主题从建筑外观延伸至室内空间，通过线条元素的延伸和生长，再辅以像素化、模块化元素，营造出充满科技感和时尚感的多维度空间。

As the interior design team, deeply involved in the development of NFCC, seamlessly integrating with the external urban environment to create a vibrant, multi-dimensional public space. The design extends the theme of "Dancing Rhythm" from the building's exterior to its interiors, using flowing lines, pixelated and modular elements to craft a futuristic and stylish atmosphere.

多媒体空间入口 MULTUEDIA ARTS CENTER

以纵横交错的“矩阵元素”作为建筑空间的静态底色，使用激情张扬的“曲面元素”作为室内空间的情绪延展，通过这种巧妙的结合消除内外空间之间的限制，让室内与建筑成为了一个有机共生的整体。

Employs a grid-like "matrix element" as the static foundation of the architectural space, while using bold and dynamic "curved elements" to extend the emotional expression of the interior. This clever combination blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, creating an organically integrated whole where the interior and architecture coexist harmoniously.

在以人性化尺度的空间单元作为基本的功能模块，不同空间单元模块之间产生一系列充满趣味性的连通元素，极大地丰富了公共空间。随着时间和空间的交叠变换，形成了连续性的动态场景。包括南中庭的移步异景的露天庭院，北中庭的垂直动感中庭挑空，以及南北中庭之间的多功能厅及层层退台的峡谷式社交院落。这些丰富多彩的室内空间激发出每个模块内在动能，形成纵横交错的节奏，与建筑本身“舞动韵律”的设计灵感交相辉映，在静态与动态之间形成恰到好处的平衡，为NFCC赋予了极其丰富的空间体验。

Using human-scale spatial units as the fundamental functional modules, a series of engaging connecting elements between different units greatly enriches the public space. Overlapping time and space create a continuous, dynamic scene. This includes the ever-changing open courtyard in the south atrium, the vertically dynamic atrium void in the north atrium, and the multifunctional hall and terraced canyon-style social courtyard connecting the two. These diverse interior spaces activate the inherent energy of each module, forming an interwoven rhythm that resonates with the architectural theme of "Dancing Rhythm." The balance between static and dynamic elements provides NFCC with an exceptionally rich spatial experience.

Creates a dynamic, free, and interactive one-stop service office environment tailored for pan-fashion enterprises. This includes headquarters office spaces with combined terraces and gardens, as well as imaginative courtyard-style loft offices. Within a spatial height ranging from 0 to 15.9 meters, we continuously innovate the aesthetic imagination of office spaces, inspiring creativity and vitality in the way people work.

我们不会将NFCC单纯看作一座写字楼或是综合体，更倾向于形容它是一个去中心化的生态系统，一片充满创意的土壤，一个开放包容的环境，滋养着一切的生长。

We do not simply view NFCC as an office building or a complex. Instead, we prefer to describe it as a decentralized ecosystem, a fertile ground for creativity, and an open, inclusive environment that nurtures the growth of all possibilities.
