在空间设计上选择了与NFCC时尚创意中心契合的元素： 线条与矩阵，让建筑空间与室内感受在设计符号上共情。打开固定的房间，打造无界限的场域，满足社交空间最大化，强化 NFCC City Hall作为城市会客厅的社交属性。
by.DESIGN has created a multifunctional social interaction space for Ningbo Boyoung Group: NFCC City Hall | Urban Living Room. This space offers a unique cloud-level perspective, better showcasing the vibrant, dynamic, inclusive, and open characteristics of the NFCC Ningbo Fashion and Creative Center. It explores the endless possibilities of fashionable life in the eastern part of Ningbo and provides a vantage point to witness the city's growth.

In the spatial design, elements that resonate with the NFCC Fashion and Creative Center—such as lines and matrices—were chosen to create an empathetic connection between the architectural space and the interior experience through design symbols. By breaking away from fixed rooms and creating a boundary-less domain, the design maximizes social space, thereby enhancing the social attributes of NFCC City Hall as an urban living room.
